| Eurema yellow butterflies are also commonly
known as little yellow or little sulphur butterflies.
This species is a southern butterfly and is smaller
than the common orange.
For males of this species the upperside of their
forewings are yellow with black at the apex, with
a black border
at the hind wing. Females can be yellow, or white
(which is very rare), with similar black borders.
Both sexes of this butterfly have a small
black spot on their forewing cell.
